We take great pride in the authenticity of our sterling silver and antique jewelry. We screen all the silver and jewelry we buy as well as sell with the utmost care. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Our sterling silver and jewelry are antique or vintage and consequently may show signs of age and wear. We honestly and accurately describe the condition of the merchandise we sell to the best of our ability. We provide detailed descriptions and multiple photographs. Please review the description and photographs carefully before buying on this site or bidding on Ebay. If you have any questions please contact us since we are not responsible for any buyer’s remorse for failure to review the detailed description and photographs. All sales are on an “as is” basis and all sales are final.
We ship to the U.S.A only. Sorry, no international shipments. All items listed are subject to prior sale. Regardless of price, all purchases are packed for shipment with extreme care, using appropriate shipping material to protect the item while in transit. All items are sent by U.S. Postal Priority Mail and are insured for the purchase price. The buyer pays all shipping charges. Each item shows the purchase price as well as the additional handling, shipping and insurance charges.
If you do not receive your parcel within 5 days from our notice of shipment or if the item has been damaged in transit, please email us promptly to report the problem. Any claim for an item damaged during shipment must be made by the buyer at the buyer’s local post office. The buyer will be required to present the shipping box along with the original packing material to the Postal Authorities for examination. We will assist the buyer in completing the postal insurance claim.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express and U.S. Postal Service Money Orders. We do not accept any other credit cards or money orders. Shipment is made within three days after purchase and payment. We also accept purchases by personal or business checks but we are unable to ship until your check clears which can take up to 12 business days. All payments must be in U. S. dollars. Residents of Texas pay 8% Texas Sales Tax or submit copy of a current valid resale certificate
It is our policy that buyers have a right to privacy. Your name and transaction details are not shared with any other person or business.
